Rachel Dratch, Harvey Guillén, Juliette Lewis among cast for Broadway's Rocky Horror

We would say “Let’s do the Time Warp again” but the truth is, people never really stopped doing the Time Warp. The Rocky Horror (Picture) Show is basically always going on somewhere in the world, either on stage or on screen. But for the first time in 26 years, the Time Warp will be done on Broadway, and Rachel Dratch will be there.

The forthcoming Broadway production of The Rocky Horror Show has confirmed the rest of the cast. After confirming back in October that Luke Evans would star as Dr. Frank-N-Furter, the Roundabout Theater Company has just announced that Dratch will feature as the narrator, Harvey Guillén as Eddie/Dr. Scott, Juliette Lewis as Magenta, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez as Columbia, Andrew Durand as Brad, Amber Gray as Riff Raff, Stephanie Hsu as Janet, and Josh Rivera as Rocky. The full cast list, including the ensemble, can be found at the Roundabout’s website.

This specific staging has been in the works for quite some time; Sam Pinkleton, who won a Tony last year for directing Oh, Mary! and went on to direct Josh Sharp’s ta-da!, has been linked to the project since at least March. The production is scheduled to begin previews on March 26 and will run until June 21 at Studio 54 (yes, that one).
