Season 9 of RuPaul’s Drag Race will feature some of its biggest celebrity guests yet
When RuPaul’s Drag Race makes the leap from Logo to VH1 later this month, it’ll feature some of its biggest celebrity guests to date. Now in its ninth season, the Emmy-winning show has already announced it will premiere with a guest spot from Lady Gaga, and a press release today reveals the full lineup, which will make for a hell of a season. Joining permanent judges Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley, Ross Mathews, and RuPaul across the show’s 14 episodes will be the likes of Lisa Kudrow, Cheyenne Jackson, Meghan Trainor, Kesha, The B-52s, Naya Rivera, Andie MacDowell, Tori Spelling, Jennie Garth, Todrick Hall, Tamar Braxton, and more.
It’s always fun to see the diverse list of guests who roll through as judges or consultants on Drag Race, particularly when they’re superfans like Ariana Grande who claim the opportunity is “the best day of their life”—or nearly drag queens themselves, like Gaga. Tori Spelling in particular is a perfect fit for one of the queens’ many, usually high-drama acting challenges.
The show premieres March 24.
