A few days ago, Showtime released a promo for its Twin Peaks revival that focused entirely on some familiar locations you might remember from that famously spooky town. Now, the premium cable network has shared a slightly longer trailer that actually shows a bunch of folks you might remember seeing on your TV screens 25 years ago, including Big Ed, Sarah Palmer, Deputy Andy Brennan, “most people’s” favorite character Hawk, and of course FBI Special Agent Dale Cooper—or at least an evil spirit that looks like him. It’s a bit hard to tell without seeing him smash his head into a mirror.
The trailer doesn’t tell us much beyond the fact that everybody looks a little older, but we do get to hear Hawk say “really,” which seems like it’s probably important.
The new episodes of Twin Peaks will premiere on Showtime on May 21.
