The Studio's guest star list is so long it's stressing Seth Rogen out

Anticipation is high for The Studio, a new Apple TV+ comedy satirizing modern-day Hollywood. Given the premise, it makes sense for the show to feature a lot of modern-day Hollywood stars, many of them playing exaggerated versions of themselves. And with a beloved comic actor like Seth Rogen at the helm (co-creating the show and also starring as the fictional studio boss), you know The Studio guest stars are gonna be good.
“I’m stressed out just thinking about it,” Rogen says in a new promo that’s all about The Studio guest stars. Frankly, there are too many for him to even name. Some of them we’ve already seen in previously released clips and trailers, like Zoë Kravitz (schooling Rogen on the perfect awards show acceptance speech) and Ramy Youssef (schooling Rogen about appropriate backstage awards show etiquette). Several filmmakers are on board, including Olivia Wilde, Sarah Polley, Zack Snyder, Aaron Sorkin, and cinema’s steward himself, Martin Scorsese. Even a major Hollywood CEO, Ted Sarandos, is involved (Sarandos has been going around town professing how totally chill he was with appearing in a show for a rival streaming service.)
But somehow The Studio guest star list keeps going. Also appearing are most of HBO’s Hacks crew, including Jean Smart and co-creators Jen Statsky, Paul W. Downs, and Lucia Annello. There are several established Rogen-verse pals like Dave Franco, David Krumholtz, Josh Hutcherson (who appeared in Rogen’s Future Man), Charlize Theron (who co-starred with Rogen in Long Shot), and Zac Efron (who co-starred with Rogen in Neighbors). There are lots of actors, comedians, directors, TikTokers (like Charli D’Amelio), and Hollywood insiders (like Matt Belloni of the Puck newsletter). You can check out the full, robust list of guests below. The new series premieres March 26.
