With the school year winding down, it’s nice to hear about an 18-year-old who’s got it all figured out. Enter Lockport, Illinois-based musician Joe Bordenaro, who’s graduating from high school this May and releasing his debut single via Canvasclub. The Guided By Voices-tinged tunes reek of Bordenaro’s good influences, and fans of jangly guitar pop should find a lot to fall in love with.
