The trailer for Woody Allen's You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger: The ladies love an aging intellectual

Hinting at a bold new direction, Woody Allen has made a movie about an aging intellectual and a younger woman. This leaked Spanish trailer for You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger depicts a madcap relationship comedy that nods toward the style of Allen’s late-'70s and '80s works, albeit with Josh Brolin as the latest Woody stand-in and the city of London once again substituting for New York. Rounding out the eclectic cast are Anthony Hopkins, Naomi Watts,  Freida Pinto, and Antonio Banderas. Dark Stranger was screened at Cannes (check out Mike D’Angelo’s rather lukewarm feelings about it here), and it’s set for wide release on September 23.
