Here are the superhero movies Warner Bros. supposedly has planned for the next four years
It’s been seven months since Nikki Finke was banished from Deadline, forced into an exile where she could only tout her own importance and call other people idiots amid the homogenous din of Twitter, and robbed of a venue for scoops with a side of scatological insults. But now she’s back with her own website, NikkiFinke.com, and—besides supplying plenty of the latter, with an opening rant calling Variety’s Peter Bart “an unethical fart” and some Mad Magazine-worthy sticking it to her competition at “Deadlame and Valiety and The Hollywood Unreported and TheCrap”—she also offers some of that old movie bombshell magic with Warner Bros.’ slate of DC Comics films, expected to be announced at next month’s Comic-Con. (You won’t find that at sites like The A Pee Club, that’s for sure. They don’t even have a cool, bullet-riddled logo.)
While Finke acknowledges that most of this is still “in flux,” save for the already-confirmed release date for Batman V. Superman: Dawn Of Justice—a date she says was moved to allow for even more Justice League-establishing cameos—here is what the release schedule supposedly looks like for the next four years:
