Who he is: Kraglin Obfonteri

His power: None to speak of, although he acquires Yondu’s fin and arrow at the end of Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2.

His story: Kraglin appears in Guardians Of The Galaxy as one of the Ravagers, a gang of mercenaries under the control of Yondu Udonta. Kraglin is his right-hand man, though like all the Ravagers, not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed. He stays close by Yondu most of the time, as the Ravagers search for Peter Quill, who essentially was raised by the gang after they abducted him from Earth as a child. They have a contract to sell the orb containing an infinity stone, but once they capture Quill, he’s already lost it to Ronan The Accuser. Together the Guardians and the Ravagers agree to attack Ronan and recover the orb. Kraglin is part of the team that attacks Ronan’s ship, and by film’s end, Kraglin is celebrating with the other mercs, believing they’ve successfully gained the orb. (Also, Kraglin’s the one who spills the beans about the Ravagers initially being hired by Quill’s father to kidnap the boy all those years before.)

Kraglin proves his loyalty in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2, siding with Yondu when a Ravager mutiny breaks out. After his mentor dies defeating the universe-threatening Ego, Kraglin takes up his head-fin and whistle-controlled arrow for himself.

Played by: Sean Gunn

Currently, Kraglin is: The inheritor of Yondu’s badass space pirate legacy.

Where will we see him next? It doesn’t look like Kraglin made the cut for Avengers: Infinity War, so your guess is as good as ours. Guardians 3, perhaps?
