Amy Poehler’s new book has a cover, title, release date
It’s been more than a year since HarperCollins announced Amy Poehler’s forthcoming “illustrated, nonlinear diary full of humor and honesty and brimming with true stories, fictional anecdotes, and life lessons.” Poehler’s book to end all books now has a title (Yes Please), a release date (October 28, 2014), and a cover (below). Is she pointing upward, signifying that she is only going to keep climbing past the top? Or is she just confirming that she’s number one? Maybe she can actually fly? Does the pink title in combination with blue byline indicate a discussion of gender roles? Regardless, October 28 can’t come soon enough.
