Synopsis

Since the inception of the nuclear age an unlikely institution, the University of California, has been at the forefront of the US nuclear weapons complex. This documentary deals with the nuclear weapons issue by analyzing the place where they are born and putting into question the role of nuclear weapons in today's world and the role of universities as a social institution.
