Microsoft UK has finally come up with the unthinkable: the world's first intentionally entertaining training video, starring Ricky Gervais as David Brent.

In the second clip, there's even a new David Brent original song (about the plight of beggars). The clips are long (and there's more here) but you have 20 minutes to kill, right?

I don't really know what these videos are supposed to train you for, other than comedy. But they do a great job of demonstrating to Microsoft employees that "Microsoft Values" are best when taken lightly. Leave it to Bill Gates to haul out the big guns against Justin Long.
