Nanda is distressed after death of her lover Shekar she decides to take up PHD on events of life where her mentor tells before that she should visit the outside world for sometime before staring her PHD.She takes up a companion job for a kid with Vasudha whose wife Vilaspur landlord Devdutta.Vasudha turns out to be and old friend of Nanda and both start to bond well her little Madhura daughter is suffering from illness since last few months and needs a constant treatment.Nanda also notices that things are not well between Vasudha and her husband Devdutta and both don't share eye to eye.
