Who he is: Cyborg, a.k.a. Victor Stone
His power: He has a cybernetically enhanced body and a cool red eye, possibly with some basic transformation abilities based on the quick glimpses of him in Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice.
His story: The specifics are unknown, but he’s a young man whose body was damaged in some way that left him with nothing but a torso and a head. His father, Silas Stone, performed painful-looking experiments on him that eventually gave him shiny, superpowered robot parts.

Currently, Cyborg is: Most likely hanging out at S.T.A.R. Labs with his father, waiting for Batman and Wonder Woman to invite him to join the Justice League.
Where will we see him next? He’ll make his first proper appearance in Justice League, coming out November 17, 2017.
