Kan-Ichi Sato was one of the greatest Masters of Brazilian Swimming, born in the city of Oita, on the island of Kyushu, in southern Japan, on March 15, 1900. He was the pioneer of Modern Brazilian Swimming, worked as a Swimming Coach in several clubs: Esperia, Saldanha, Tiête and Pinheiros, where his team was 24 times São Paulo swimming champion, in addition to forming several swimmers who represented Brazil in the Olympics. The documentary interviews students and disciples, shows his classes and above all documents the verve and priceless humor of the swimming master.
