Synopsis
Docu-drama. Post Civil War soldiers find themselves on the High Plains in the midst of the Plains Indian Wars -- isolated, bored, often drunk. Curiosity overwhelms fear, however, when the post surgeon discovers the fossil of a prehistoric marine reptile.
