Here's what's coming to Amazon Prime in December

As the year gets colder, the lure of staying in and streaming something— instead of weathering the evils of, well, weather—gets ever stronger. Amazon’s taking advantage of our natural December hermitude with a smattering of new offerings landing on its Prime streaming service this month, including a second season of its Top-Gear-in-all-but-name series The Grand Tour, and new spy thriller/action show/celebrity satire Jean Claude Van Johnson.
Following in the footsteps of 2008's suitably weird JCVD—which saw its titular star play a washed-up version of himself who ends up involved in a bank robbery—the new series operates under the theory that Jean-Claude Van Damme’s tepid modern-day film career is actually a cover for his work as an international superspy. You can check out the trailer for the show above; meanwhile, fans looking for non-meta Van Damme action will be happy to know that Bloodsport is coming to the service next month, too.
Meanwhile, if you’d rather keep yourself warm by watching other poor schmucks freeze to death, you’ll be happy to know that Titanic is crashing back onto the Prime library in honor of its 20th anniversary. Or you could distract yourself with some cartoonishly weird sequels, like Gremlins 2: The New Batch or Crank: High Voltage. And for people who just want to avoid the planet Earth’s problems altogether, there’s always the first season of the BBC’s Doctor Who spinoff Class.
