Who he is: Skurge, a.k.a. The Executioner
His power: He’s an Asgardian, so all the usual stuff: enhanced speed, strength, durability, and so on.
His story: He hasn’t yet appeared, so it’s unknown how much of his comics origin story will be included. But if it’s at all similar, he’s a stupendous badass, and not to be trifled with.
