Scary Hours is made up of two tracks, “God’s Plan” and “Diplomatic Immunity,” which find the More Life rapper ruminating on the usual themes—fame, fear, Champagne—over beats from frequent collaborators Cardo, Boi-1da, and Yex.
“God’s Plan” is a synth-heavy, bouncy production that can’t quite counteract leaden lyrics like “Yes, I see the things that they wishin’ on me” and “I feel good, sometimes I don’t.” You can listen to Drake confessing to his impostor syndrome here:
