The Thinnest Line

In a cold winter night on Indian border, lost in a sandstorm; two soldiers meet. They help each other get through the night by sharing their similar and diverse experiences. However, the dawn draws a line between them. The line of hate, love, rage & humanity. Does this line separate them or connect them?
