Synopsis

The flood in Eastern Norway during June 1995 was the largest flood in Norway since 1789, and caused lots of damage for a billion NOK. For the people who experienced the water masses down the valley rivers in the distance, this was an unreal sight. But for those who saw the river destroying houses, gardens and cultivated land, it was a tragedy. The team from NRK meet some of the people who tell their stories about this disaster.
