The story of a serial killer (Luiz Guilherme) who has killed 45 people. A decade after turning himself in to the police, the man, now almost 80 years old, decides to give his first interview to a reporter from the neighborhood newspaper. During the conversation, the two establish a friendly relationship. This leads to a question: is anyone capable of murder?
