Kids are watching,” the resultant parent outcry has forced the show to pull the clip. Perry performed a slightly cleaned-up version of her song “Hot 'N Cold” with Elmo while demonstrating the facial expressiveness she’d picked up in French mime school, but as always the attention was focused squarely on her “front and center cleavage.” TMZ clarifies that Perry was actually wearing a flesh-colored mesh top that just happened to be indistinguishable from Perry’s own mounds of natural flesh; you’d think that with the Children's Television Workshop at their disposal, they could have come up with something a little more creative.
