Synopsis
Frank's Dead follows the story of a small time gambler who struggles to earn a spot running a new casino in the Caribbeans by schmoozing over a big time investor. The only catch is he must find a way to come up with seventy grand in a short period of time. When his half-baked plan to make a quick buck results in a man named Frank being killed, the gambler steals his identity to hide the crime and ends up the target of a criminal organization and the cop's number one suspect.
