Synopsis
Ex-Con bank robber Mike Finn is trying to go straight, but is forced to make hard choices when a young girl is kidnapped by his former partners. The girl's father is a cop, though more corrupt than all of them, and Finn's race to save her is complicated by old debts, new love, local cops, and federal agents.
