In a story that’s bound to provide either lighthearted amusement or a deep, soul-quivering worry for the youth of America, a Missouri mother organized a Taco Bell-themed photo shoot for her daughter’s first birthday.
Monica Phillips says she and her husband have a history of thinking outside the bun; not only did the couple have their first date at a Taco Bell, but Phillips’ water also broke while waiting in the drive-thru. Now that the little one is a year old, it’s just a matter of time before she’s waving away the bottle with that inimitable cry of the hungry chihuahua, “¡Yo quiero Taco Bell!”
The photos—done by Julia Marie Photography—are undeniably cute, with the baby posing amid taco platters, hot sauce packets, and a sign reading “Taco Bout A Party.” Check out some of the finished pics below:
