Synopsis
When FBI agent Darren Kimble, along with his partner Samantha Shaw, a former child victim of trafficking, gets wind of a deranged serial killer slaying innocent women that are believed to be engaging in sex against their will in The Red Light District of Houston, TX, he teams up with local law enforcement before a dangerous killer strikes again.
