Synopsis
In the wake of a horrible accident 5 years prior, someone (or something) on a moped is terrorizing this small, sleepy Southern town, and it's up to the in-over-their-heads police force of Sheriff Lillian Williams, her reluctant, ex-stoner son, Dennis, and her over-the-hill deputy, Heck Jones to stop him before it's too late.
