Oliyum Oliyum

Set in the pre-independence era, this is a story moving in flashback. It is about a woman who went against her parents to marry her lover. She gives birth to many babies but kills all of them eventually, because she didn't want them to grow up as slaves. But one of her daughters survives, and grows up with her mother. The rest is the granny narrating the story to the daughter and how the daughter fulfills her mother's wish.
