The Singing Dead

After a zombie apocalypse has claimed Manhattan, the last known survivor, Eve, decides to stop hiding and start facing life after zombies. One day while fighting zombies in East River Park, she finds another survivor, and being literally the only man/woman in each other's lives, they begin a new life together; Fighting zombies and repopulating The Earth.
