Benoy K Behl is known for extensive work on the history of painting, sculpture, theatre and dance in Asia. He is also one of the best-known experts on Buddhism. This film on Yoga is made with his deep understanding of Indian and Asian philosophic traditions. Behl's work is unique, as his films are based upon his primary research in the subject. It is an exploration of the depths of the subject which is shared in simple terms and beautiful visuals, in Behl's films.
